On 24 September the streets of Shrewsbury will play host to a game of Monopoly with a difference. The world’s favourite board game will be played out on a life size scale through the streets of the town in aid of Hope House.
Teams of six are being sought for the challenge, which will see one member of each team rolling the dice and moving the counter, with the remaining team members spread out along the town centre route to act as the monopoly pieces moving round the lifesize board.
We’re organising the game as part of Hope House’s corporate challenge – where local companies raise as much as possible using only £50. After the game there will be a party for all participants.
Gavin Mills, managing director of Clear said: “We wanted to find a different way to fundraise for Hope House, and hope this game proves the ideal opportunity to have a great team day out and raise money for Hope House at the same time.”
Each team of six costs £400 to enter, with all money going to Hope House and an after party for all teams. For more information register online or contact us on 01743 344 911.
